Guests enjoy ski access trails leading to all base area lifts, with easy routes back home from the main runs. Each unit has a private outdoor hot tub and at the common area spa facility you will find a heated outdoor pool, weight and exercise room, sauna and an outdoor hot tub. A complimentary winter shuttle service operates to the ski area base, grocery store and downtown for convenience to restaurants and shops. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. In lieu of a USD 250.00 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - 3 bedroom ? USD 50.00, 4 bedroom USD 65.00.
