Outdoor activities abound with quiet adventures from pedaling 23 miles of paved nature trails that wind through picturesque wetlands and spotting egrets spoonbills and herons to combing the beach for more than 200 rare species of shells. How to get:
From the Southwest Florida International Airport take Terminal Access Road out of the airport turn right onto Treeline Ave Extension and left unto Daniels Parkway. Continue on Daniels Parkway cross over US HWY 41 Daniels Parkway becomes Cypress Lake Drive once you have crossed over US HWY 41. Proceed on Cypress Lake Drive to Summerlin Road. Turn left onto Summerlin and continue 10 miles to the Sanibel Causeway 6.00 bridge toll. Cross over the Sanibel Causeway and continue straight at the 4-way stop to the next stop sign. This is East Gulf Drive. Turn left on East Gulf Drive and proceed three quarters of a mile. The Seaside Inn is located on the right.
