Take I-70 West to Glenwood Springs, Take Aspen/Snowmass exit. Take Highway 82 SE toward Aspen/Snowmass approximately 40 miles. Turn right at Snowmass Village Road. Travel 4 miles up toward Snowmass village. Turn left at Wood Road. Snowmass Lodging Company check-in office at Woodrun Place, the first condominium complex on right, 425 Wood Road.

How to get:
Turn left on Highway 82 as you exit airport, NW, toward Snowmass Village. After 2 miles, turn left at Snowmass Village Road traffic signal. Travel 4 miles toward Snowmass Village. Turn left at Wood Road. Snowmass Lodging Company check-in office is at Woodrun Place, the first condominium complex on right, 425 Wood Road. For complimentary shuttle service, available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm during the ski season, call 923-3232 on arrival. During the summer season, complimentary shuttle is available 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 100% of the full stay plus tax. No show fee is 100% of full stay plus tax. Exceptions may apply during holiday periods, special events or conventions.
