Seminars and meetings may be arranged in an on-site function room that can accommodate 100 persons theater style, and 50 persons classroom style using banquet tables. Please note, the function room must be reserved in advance and is subject to a rental fee of $100 USD per day. In conjunction with the function room, an overhead projector, slide projector, TV, VCR, screen, flip chart and erasable board are also available on a complimentary basis.

Hours of operation vary depending on the season. COCO BEACH BAR: Open from 11am 4pm Monday through Saturday. Casual beach side dining serving burgers, sandwiches and lighter fare. Transfers from airport are available by taxi for 20 USD single/double, extra passenger charge is 5 USD per person. From Marsh Harbour International (MHH) the resort is located 30 miles north. Transfers from MHH airport are available by taxi for 65 USD single/double, extra passenger charge is 10 USD per person.
