The 3 star hotel Goldenes Lamm has a long tradition and is located in the city centre on the historical market place of Rothenburg. This house was used by the Shepherd Brotherhood as a hostel for more then 500 years ago. The hotel offers comfortable modern rooms as well as a restaurant with beer garden and is famous for the regional cuisine. The hotel is an ideal exit point for trips to the surrounding neighborhood and country sides. All rooms are nicely decorated in traditional furnishing and have private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Other room amenities include Wireless Internet free of charge; Sat TV and a sitting area. Public parking is available about 100m from the hotel at a cost of approximately 2 EUR per day. Check-in between 2 and 6pm. For check-in at a later time please inform the hotel prior to arrival. Additional Information; Children age 6 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 7-16 receive a 20pct reduction. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right without prior notification to cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.

How to get:
From Nuremberg Airport head in the direction to Nuremberg and take exit at Rothenburg. Follow direction to city centre. Alternatively you can take the Stuttgart Highway and take the Rothenburg exit. Hotel is located in the city centre next to the market place. From Nuremberg Airport take train in direction of Nuernberg. Change trains at Steinach and take the train in direction to Rothenburg. Get off at the Rothenburg train station. From the station you can take a taxi to the hotel but it is within walking distance. Head for the city center where the hotel is located next to the market place.
