Crested Butte Mountain Resort Properties is the local expert in property management and is affiliated with the largest reservation center in the valley. All of their premier lodging condominiums are located within minutes of the ski base area and vary from ski-in/ski-out to shuttle serviced- the shuttle is free. CBMR Properties is the only property management company that provides daily housekeeping service in all of our lodging units. Each condo has a full kitchen, fireplace, and free parking. Accommodations will be on the free Condo Loop shuttle route or within walking distance to the lifts for easy access to the most adventure filled mountain in Colorado. After an adventurous day of skiing, hang out on the Butte 66 sun deck with family and friends, talking about the events of the day. Or take the kids over to the new lift served tubing hill for an exhilarating ride. Minimum occupancy is two person per bedroom- additional per person fee is USD 15.00 per night. Roll away bed fee- USD 25.00 per night, plus tax. Check-in is guaranteed at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Check-in for Crested Butte Condominiums is located at The Plaza Condos, 11 Snowmass Road, Mt Crested Butte. Early check-in is available on a request basis only. After hours check-in is at the Plaza Condominiums located at 11 Snowmass Road, Mt. Crested Butte. Proceed to the front desk for check-in packet. In the packet there will be keys and directions to the actual unit.
