The zoo is within 4 minutes walking distance from the hotel, a park with Nordic domestic and wild animals. Around the hotel there are walking trails of various lengths. Close by is Vaxsjon, a small lake with excellent conditions for fishing and bathing. The walking trail around the lake is 3km long and suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.
