A tree top dining experience, The Gunyah is at the heart of the camp space built high off the ground to enjoy the sea breeze and a wonderful position amongst the tree tops. The menu showcases local produce such as Greenwell Point mussels in a mild and creamy massaman curry, or lightly fried tempura oysters in a nest of vermicelli noodles. Indigenous flavours are subtle rather than intrusive punctuating a dish without dominating as in sensitively handled kangaroo fillet with mountain pepperberry mascarpone, or a just-tangy lemon myrtle bavarois with roast quince and star anise sauce. Guests have unlimited access to coffee and tea in the Gunyah. 3 course a la carte dinner per person: USD 52.00 Child menu dinner: USD 16.00

How to get:
From Sydney- Jervis Bay is 200km south of Sydney. Take the Princes Highway south through Wollongong, Kiama, Berry and Nowra. 13km south of Nowra, turn left into Jervis Bay Road. After 2 km turn left into Woollamia Road. The entrance to Paperbark Camp is 6km on the left, just after Goodlands Road. From Melbourne- Jervis Bay is 880km north of Melbourne. When arriving from the south on the Princes Highway, do NOT take first turn off signs to Huskisson and Jervis Bay, wait until you see the main turn off at Falls Creek, about 13km south of Nowra. Turn right into Jervis Bay Road and after 2km take first left into Woollamia Road. The entrance to Paperbark Camp is 6km on the left, just after Goodlands Road.
