Or for guests that prefer commercial air travel Key West International Miami International and Fort Lauderdale International all offer daily flights from numerous U.S. cities. Once you have landed we are just a short drive away. The southernmost stretch of Route US-1 is the main road leading in and out of the Florida Keys. Extending all the way from Miami to Key West it is routinely called the Overseas Highway and it boasts some of the most scenic driving anywhere in the United States. Hawks Cay is at Mile Marker 61 of this trip 61 miles north of Key West and approximately 90 miles south of Miami.
