Cross Sanibel Causeway. Right onto Periwinkle Way at four way stop signs. Continue on Periwinkle Way until stop sign at Tarpon Bay Road. Turn left onto Tarpon Bay Road. Continue on Tarpon Bay Road until stop sign. Make a right onto West Gulf Drive at stop sign. Follow for approx 1 mile. Island Inn is on left. 3111 West Gulf Drive.
