For bookings up to 14 days in advance of arrival - cancel 15 days prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 100 percent of stay.
For bookings made 15 to 30 days in advance of arrival - cancel 31 days prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 50 percent of stay.
For bookings more than 30 days in advance of arrival - cancellation will result in a penalty of 2 nights room change.

Как доехать: Located on Negril's famous 7 mile beach. We opened our doors to visitors in December 1985. We started out with only 3 unique octagonal shaped deluxe villas on the beachside of the property.

Garden studio
We have one garden studio located on the landside of the property adjacent to the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. This room has 1 queen size bed and a mini kitchen with 2 burner stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Maximum 2 guests allowed in room including chilren.
Superior Double
All are new rooms located on the 2nd or third floor atop the villas. These rooms have a view of the gardens, most have 2 full size beds, and balcony. Maximum 3 adults and 4 including children.
Queen Villa
Villas are located in gardens of the hotel. All villas feature an elegant, tastefully furnished, marble floor living room with modern French doors. Each villa has at least 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and private whirlpool spa enclosed in a Spanish courtyard. Kitchens have a 4 burner stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, iron and ironing board. Kitchens are complete with maid service including cooking of one meal per day (guest buy food). For the pleasure and relaxation of our guests each balcony has a beautiful hammock. The master bedroom carries either 1 queen or 2 full size (double) bedswith ensuite bathroom.
1 bedroom villa
These 2 new rooms are located on the 2nd floor, upstairs the beachfront one bedroom villas. They have a sew view, balcony, king bed, Max 2 guests including children.
King Villa
Villas are located on the beachside of the hotel. All villas feature an elegant, tastefully furnished, marble floor living room with modern French doors. Each villa has at least 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and private whirlpool spa enclosed in a Spanish courtyard. Kitchens have a 4 burner stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, iron and ironing board. Take A1 Highway to Negril. Rondel Village is located approximately four miles from the Negril Aerodome heading West. The property has green and yellow awnings on both sides on the Boulevard.
