Genoese Light

Casino in Tomis harbour
Inaugurated in 1910 in the presence of prince Ferdinand. On the top of the building, the decorations consists of old ships representations. Inside there are staircases and imposing banisters, covered columns and marble girdles on the walls.
Mosque
It was built in 1910 by King Carol 1, in Moor style in the place of the old mosque from 1822. It is an exact copy of the grat Konia mosque from Anatolia (Turkey). It has beautiful inner wall paintings. The minaretul offers a wonderful landscape.
Roman Building with Mosaic
Unique monument this side of Europe, realised in the 3rd-4th centuries A.D. The mosaic, on the terrace of a Roman trade buiding has an impressive size of 2,000 square m. The harmony of the colours, rendered more delicate by passing of the time.

From Henri Coanda International Airport (Otopeni), following the E60/DN1 European road to the south, before entering Bucharest city, passing under the Otopeni brigde, one should turn to the left, on the Bucharest city belt. After 25 Km one can see the sign that indicate the access on the A2 Highway. The A2 Highway has 160 km long and is finished at Cernavoda city where is the limit of Constanta County. From here drive on DN22C for 60 km till Constanta city. Passing Constanta city one can find the barrier for the entrance in Mamaia Resort. Drive approximately 4 km and turn to the right for 100 m, towards the beach.

By car you drive the Mamaia Blvd for approximately 8 km. Where the road crosses with Tomis Blvd you turn left on Tomis Blvd for approximately 3 km. At the bottom of the road you will find the Tomis Harbour. The Casino is on the sea-wall of the harbour.
By bus you can take Constanta City Tour from the bus station located in front of the hotel and going down to the Capitol Station when you have to walk about 3 km to reach the Casino located on the sea-wall of the harbour.
