Westgate Vacation Villas is located just one mile from Walt Disney World Resort and minutes from Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, Orange County Convention Center, downtown Orlando and the Orlando International Airport. Accommodations range from Studios to Two-Bedroom Villas with lofts and feature fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes. Onsite amenities include thirteen outdoor pools and hot tubs, fitness center, lakeside marina and dock, activities center, free scheduled transportation to theme parks, 24-hour business center, attraction tickets desk, VIP services concierge, Sids Bistro, pizza pickup and delivery, marketplace, and Hollywood Trendz Shop. Our resort is pet friendly. A USD 80.00 refundable deposit is required at check-in. If there is no damage upon check-out, the deposit will be returned. A separate USD 80.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required at check-in. Two pets - one cat and one dog or two cats or two dogs - are allowed with total weight not to exceed 60 lbs. There are breed limitations. Guests with service animals will not be charged any of the above fees. Please note that a USD 50.00 credit card or USD 200.00 cash deposit is required at check-in, for incidentals. Additionally, there is a nightly resort fee of USD 7.95 plus tax. There are also fees for fax services and computer access. In case of early check-out, there is a penalty fee of one night stay plus resort fee plus tax. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. For your convenience, our front desk is open 24 hours. Just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld Orlando, Kissimmee is also near all major Orlando tourist attractions, as well as the Orange County Convention Center, downtown Orlando and the Orlando International Airport.
