Cascade Townhomes by ResortQuest

The Cascades are luxurious multilevel townhomes that afford the utmost privacy for vacationing families or small groups. Each rental features an expansive kitchen, living room, dining room, hardwood flooring, gas fireplaces and redwood decks. Each residence is complete with a redwood deck, laundry facilities- laundry soap replenished daily-, private two-car garage and free Internet access. The townhomes are located along the picturesque Burgess Creek walking trail just three blocks from the Steamboat Ski Area gondola, shops, and restaurants. Downtown is just 10 minutes away. ResortQuest provides winter shuttles that chauffeur guests around the Steamboat Ski Resort and the Steamboat Springs area. ResortQuest is not a member of the Triple Crown lodging program and is unable to accept any sports team participants. Individuals 23 years or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy w/out refund. Each day, our Green Team will empty your recycling and trash. Plus, our housekeepers will replenish towels and supplies, make the beds and vacuum high-traffic areas as necessary. For guests staying 8 or more nights- In addition to your Daily Refresh and Recycle service, midway through your stay, your housekeeper will also change the linens, clean the bathrooms and kitchen, and vacuum and dust the unit. If you stay more than 15 nights, we will conduct two Mid-stay services. If checking in between May 1 and December 13, 2010, please check-in at 1855 Ski Time Square Drive. After December 14th please check-in at The Snow Flower Condominiums 2200 Apres Ski Way. Office hours are from 8am-9pm MST. There is departure cleaning only. Check-in is at 4pm.
