Almost 270 years later in 1930 the Eberharter family took it over initially as a tavern and farm. We are proud that we can go back so far which also means that we have to act responsibly for the future. We therefore see the new design of theHotel Goldener Adler as a development reflecting the wishes and expectations of our guests. Our kitchen team is committed to serving up unique regionally-influenced treats for the taste-buds. Firstly because our chef and his assistants are masters of their trade. Secondly because they are dedicated to serving up solely first-class regional produce. And you can taste the quality. Its a bonus that they can rely on the family-owned farm supplying outstanding produce. For quality matters just as much on our farm as it does in the Hotel Goldener Adler. We only use our own meat and dairy produce which in turn comes from animals reared on Tyrolean pastures. Our vegetables are supplied freshly harvested straight to the kitchen at the Hotel Goldener Adler. Ask about our special themed dining evenings. And you can of course complement all the culinary treats with a fine selection of Austrian wines.

Take A12 direction Innsbruck Exit Wattens and to the hotel it is 2 km. The nearest station is in Fritzens-Wattens just 2.54km from the Hotel Goldener Adler. We recommend that you fly to Innsbruck airport only half-an-hour from the Hotel Goldener Adler. We will arrange the transfer for you. Please let us know whether we can assist you in this regard.
