The 4 Star Borgo San Luigi enjoys an excellent position; less than half an hour away from both Siena and Florence; making it a great base from which to explore many of Tuscanys beautiful places. The hotel is a 17th century palace; which has been restored and modernised into 6 structures; each of which blend perfectly with the surrounding 12 acres of protected Tuscan park land. All guest rooms are individually furnished and all have their own special characteristics such as large rustic fire places; original palazzo doors; frescoes; gallery bedrooms; Tuscan four poster beds; and nearly all have either a garden or terrace. They all boast views of the surrounding vineyards and mountains and all are equipped with air conditioning; heating; a Satellite TV; a mini bar; free internet access; a safe; a direct dial telephone and an en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer. The hotel has an Olympic size swimming pool with a childrens pool attached; a gymnasium; 2 clay tennis courts and 2 table tennis tables. The restaurant and bar; which are near the pool; offer guests excellent service and a wide range of typical refined dishes with some of the most famous wines of the region. Our congress centre for up 200 people is fitted with translation and state-of-the-art equipment and wireless internet connection.
