The apartment enjoys a large furnished terrace, reserved for guests, which is directly accessible from the living room. The owner lives in a separate apartment on the floor below. There is parking on the premises. A cleaning fee of euro 12 and a deposit of euro 300 are required at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available.
