The Monte Carlo luxury condominiums are the best value and location in Jaco Beach. We are ideally located in the center of town within steps to the beach, shopping, restaurants, pharmacy, salon, supermarket, tours, discos, the Beatles Bar, and more. You do not need a car here, you can walk everywhere. Our spacious, fully furnished condos have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, laundry room, and patio. They include granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, tile floors, GE stainless steel appliances, solid wood cabinetry, and recessed lighting throughout the apartment. The living room and bedrooms have full size sliding glass doors that open up to the patio and lush landscaping. From your condo, you will be surrounded by the soothing sound of beautiful fountains, as well as by the exotic birds that visit daily. The grounds of the complex are beautifully landscaped and include a huge pool with swim up bar, jacuzzi, and rancho area with grill and tables and chairs for your outdoor cooking. Our on-site concierge can arrange all tours and transportation. Please note that rates are based on double occupancy. There is an extra person charge of USD 15.00. Check-in is at 3 pm. Guest must provide an ID at check in. Guest must provide a credit card to leave a voucher open in case of damages. Check in before 5pm will be in the Monte Carlo management office. Check-out is at 11 am. Guests checking in after 5pm may obtain the key at the guard house of the condominium. With plenty of places and adventurous activities available, beautiful Jaco Beach is renowned on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. It is located just a 90 minute drive from the main airport in Costa Rica.
