La Playita Restaurant has been a favorite restaurant in Isle Verde for years - with its fantasic location overlooking Isla Verde beach and providing great ocean views. A new creative/healthy/Caribbean-inspired menu has been added to the burgers and homemade pizzas that diners have enjoyed for years. Open for breakfast/lunch and dinner from 7am - 11pm daily. Breakfast features eggs - omlettes - sandwiches - cereals - pancakes crepes and more with reasonable prices. Lunch and Dinner menus are available any time after 11am - so you can enjoy your favorite items at your convenience - no need to rush in from the beach to get your favorite meal.

How to get:
From the airport and most rental car lots - Go past the entrance to the airport and look for the next exit that will say PR-187 E/Loiza/Pinones and follow the road that runs along the airport runway on the right and a Pueblo Supermarket on the left. At the traffic light get in the left lanes for a left turn onto Isla Verde Avenue. The traffic light is directly in front of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and you should position yourself in the right-side lane -but you will actually turn left at the light. As soon as you turn left onto Isla Verde Avenue you should exit onto the marginal road on your right. Follow this marginal road past Calle Dalia until you reach the corner with Platos Restaurant/Piu Bello and Coral by the Sea. Turn right on Calle Rosa and continue until you can see the water in front of you. Turn left at Calle Iris for one block and then left on Calle Amapola until you reach La Playa Hotel. There is limited parking in front of the hotel. We also have a parking lot on Calle Rosa - near Calle Iris. . From San Juan - From PR-26 - Baldority de Castro Expressway - take exit 7 to merge onto Av Los Governadores/PR-187 E toward L a/Isla Verde/Pinones. Follow the exit that swings back over the expressway and runs along the airport runway on the right and a Pueblo Supermarket on the left. At the traffic light get in the left lanes for a left turn onto Isla Verde Avenue. The traffic light is directly in front of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and you should position yourself in the right-side lane - but you will actually turn left at the light. As soon as you turn left onto Isla Verde Avenue - you should exit onto the marginal road on your right. From Isla Verde Avenue Rental Car Companies - Take Isla Verde Avenue past the InterContinental Hotel and El San Juan Hotel until the traffic light and signs to return to Isla Verde Avenue. This will take you to the stop light in front of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel where you can follow the previous instruction. . There is limited parking in front of the hotel - plus additional parking one block away from the hotel.
