COMO Shambhala Estate is a villa-style residential health retreat occupying a 23-acre jungle-covered riverbank amidst the serenity and stunning landscape of Bali; The Estate is situated close to Ubud; also know as the creative and cultural centre of Bali. COMO Shambhala Estate is the flagship of our international spa company. The Estate provides a total 360-degree experience closely tailored to each individuals needs; offering comprehensive lifestyle as well as healing programs to mend mind; body and spirit. We do this by combining a special protected environment with healing therapies - more than 20 Asian-inspired and Western holistic treatments developed by COMO Shambhala - delivered by supportive knowledgeable specialists. This is in addition to more than eight specialisations including; Ayurveda; Reflexology; Yoga; Pilates; Tai-Chi and Nutrition. Guests engage with the place and with nature by partaking in exciting and exacting physical activities from guided runs through the Balinese hinterland to instruction on the climbing wall.
