Special services, such as grocery shopping, full laundry service, in condo meal delivery or a private chef can be arranged by request. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note that there is a USD 45.00 insurance deposit to be collected at check-in. Additionally, at check-in, you are required to leave a USD 500.00 damage deposit, which will be returned to you upon the successful inspection of your rental unit. Check-in is 3pm, check out is 12pm. Check-in is at Costa Rica Luxury Rentals office located in the Marina Village. Min. age required at check-in is 25. For all check-ins after 12am, and before 8am, we will leave a sealed envelope with keys, Beach club pass and Welcome Letter at the designated community guard gate of the condo you have chosen to rent, eg- Bay Residences 5B: BAY RESIDENCES GUARD GATE. Los Suenos is located in the Central Pacific Coast. Our guests have access to world-class sport fishing and cruising via the impressive charter fleet based out of Los Suenos Marina, as well as two very distinct national parks and numerous rainforest-based activities.
