A quality development of modern - well-appointed one and two bedroom serviced apartments - Each of them is individually decorated with a lounge and dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen - offering the comfort of a hotel with the space - freedom and flexibility of home - There is also free parking for every apartment - The apartments offer a combined living and dining area complete with fire place - flat screen TV - DVD player - CD player and double-twin or single bedrooms - Each apartment has a separate fully equipped kitchen with oven-hob and plenty of saucepans and implements to enjoy a lovely meal - Cribs - camp beds and broadband are available at a charge and should be booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival directly with the hotel - Off road parking is available free of charge - Maid service and linen change are provided weekly - All apartments are non-smoking - Orchard Gate apartments are superbly located for the Aztec Business park and close to Cribbs Causeway shopping district - The apartments are located within easy reach of major corporations including British Aerospace - Rolls Royce and Airbus - The M5 is only quarter of a mile away - We operate a key safe service that allows our guests access to the apartments at convenient times and a fast check out service - There is no reception at the development - the keys will be placed in the key safe from 3pm on the day for arrival at your convenience - Therefore it is essential for the guest to provide valid email address and mobile phone number - Alderman Apartments will email you check-in instructions containing all the information you need for your arrival including location and address of the apartment - your key arrangements and emergency and support phone numbers - Please print the confirmation email and take it with you - If the instructions are not received within 24 please call Alderman Apartments directly on the phone number in your confirmation.
