The accommodation is situated near a town at the foot of a hill and overlooks the farmed plain. The fenced-in property includes a swimming pool (6.5x13) (1/4-31/10) shared with other apartments (4 apartments and 2 outbuildings). Central heating with system running through the tiling on the ground floor and with electric radiators on the first floor. Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km Colognola (grocery shops), 38 km Vicenza and the villas of the Palladio, 18 km Verona (famous for the Arena where large concerts are now held), 55 km lake of Garda, 62 km Mantova, 101 km Venice, 162 km Parma. Cleaning fee of euro 15 and deposit of euro 300 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out.
