Nearer to Biograd, there are three more Parks of nature - Telascica with its impressive, 100 meter tall, vertical cliffs on Dugi Otok /Long Island/, shore-located Vransko jezero /Vrana Lake/ true paradise for ornithologists and river-fishermen, and the Park of nature of Velebit mountain. Apart of the natural beauties of Biograd, its surroundings are full of interesting landscapes from its rich history from the Roman forum of Zadar, Turkish fortifications, ancient-Romanic churches, all the way to agro-tourism dedicated to preservation of the tradition and cultural heritage of the area.

SPORT and RECREATION Well treated and grown, centuries old pine woods, located only 100 meters away from hotel. Embrace a very attractive and modern equipped juvenile recreation centre, positioned in the woods pleasant shade. The Children City and Jumping Park have been adapted for the youngest, and the biggest water-coaster on that part of Adriatic certainly adds extra value to this centre. The Aquatic Centre offers etertainment for all generations. During the day, that sea-water pool serves for swimming and waterpolo school, and in-between for the fun of joyful swimmers. In the evening, the Aquatic Centre is home to interesting and intense waterpolo games, which utilize the seats above for viewers, but also for dance stage for various entertainment and cultural manifestations in -Games without Limits. The Tennis Center with 20 tennis courts and jogging and bike tracks are the highlights. There are also possibilities for Nordic Walking, small-soccer, sailing, diving, but also challenging sports such as free climbing, rafting and paragliding. Grab a jet ski or a surfboard, dive into the blue depths of the sea or River Zrmanja, take a swim under the Krka Falls, be the first to see the historic Asseria. Seek the challenge.
