Agua Resort and Spa

The resort was designed by renowned Dominican architect Antonio Segundo Imbert, who also conceived masterpieces such as the Cap Cana Beach Club, the Punta Cana Airport and the home of world famous singer Julio Iglesias. The also famous Patricia Reid, who has an extended list of notable projects throughout the Caribbean, created the magnificent interior design. The resort is a careful blend of Caribbean architecturei??including elements such as natural woods, stone, and thatched roofsi??and Asian detailsi??including high ceilings, spacious rooms, and interior pondsi??evoking a sense of balance, relaxation and well-being, as well as the signature warmth and happiness of the Caribbean culture. The resort boasts 42 luxury suites of 70 square meters each, most of which are beachfront with stunning ocean views, and private lounge-pools in select suites. It also offers 4 two-bedroom villas, measuring 300 square meters each, with a private garden and pool, and a main three-bedroom villa with a kitchenette and private pool. Besides the suites and villas, the resort includes three restaurants for the ultimate dining experience: the beach grill, the main restaurant and a cozier 10-table gourmet restaurant. A spectacular lobby and a conference room with a 100-person capacity complete the structure of the establishment.The Spa deserves a special mention: a world-class facility with six rooms for the most advanced treatments. Agua Resort has entrusted one of the world cosmetic leaders to ensure an unforgettable and unique spa experience. Included in the design is a small leisure area, with a fashion store that is part of a famous chain in Barcelona, Spain. Besides clothing, clients can order the furniture and accents displayed throughout the hotel, all by Patricia Reid. The resort also includes a mini-club for kids, with babysitting service. A costumer service area serves as a meeting point to organize events and excursions that fit the interests of the guests, and offers an extensive DVD library for amusement.Another spectacular amenity is a professional-grade tennis court surrounded by beautiful gardens, and a private heliport for guests who prefer to be transported to the airport via helicopter, or simply want to fly over the island in an adventurous excursion. As supplementary services, the Agua Resort offers its partnership to main golf courses, Wi-Fi access, two 4x4 vehicles with a driver, private butlers and a variety of leisure activities such as deep sea fishing, horseback riding, and sailboat excursions along the coast, to name a few.
