Each Winterwood Townhome comes equipped with a full kitchen, fireplace, private Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, steam shower, private sauna, washer/dryer and beautiful woodside seclusion. These three level, two bedroom/three bathroom townhomes are rated excellent. Additionally, we allow our Winterwood guests to use the Scandinavian Lodges outdoor pool and hot tub, just 200 yards up Burgess Creek Road. During the winter months a complimentary shuttle takes guests to the slopes during the ski day and to town in the evening. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays: 2 bedroom - USD 35.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays longer than 2 nights. A pet fee of USD 50.00 per pet will be collected for all condominiums and townhomes. Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Please check-in/out at 675 Snapdragon Way with confirmation number and ID. We try to have units ready by 4. Busy times may cause delays. Refunds not given due to delays. For 2 night stays in a 2 bed unit, a USD 35.00 cleaning fee is required at check-in. Check-in at the Pioneer Ridge Management Office at 675 Snapdragon Way. Pick up phone by the door to speak with security. Security will take a manual imprint of a credit card and provide the guest with an arrival packet including maps and check-in information.
