Breckenridge Resort Managers offers some of the finest Breckenridge lodging properties and vacation rentals in town. We offer studios through 4 bedroom properties in the best locations in Breckenridge. Convenience, comfort, ski in/out, and great service will make your Breckenridge Vacation a memorable one when you stay with Resort Managers. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Office hours are 8am-9pm MST. Please note that there is a USD 50.00 housekeeping fee. Check in is between 3pm and 5pm MST. Check-out is 10am MST. Check-in is at our office, which is located at 100 S. Main St in the Lincoln West mall. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Before and after hours check-in can also be made available to our guests. You must call us during office hours to make arrangements or before and after hours check in/out will not be allowed. Our beautiful 3 bedroom condos are located a short way from ski area and a couple of blocks to town. Most of our 3 bedroom condos allow you to walk to Main Street or the ski area or take the free Breckenridge bus system to destinations around town.

Most of our studios are ski-in/ski-out condos located within walking distance of Main Street and the historic district. These studios have it all- wonderfully appointed kitchens with dishwashers and refrigerators, sleeper sofas, free Wi-Fi and more.
2 bedroom
Our beautiful 2 bedroom condos put you in the heart of Breckenridge, which is centrally located to anything you will need for a perfect ski vacation. Our condos are just blocks away from the gondola, Main Street and all Breckenridge has to offer.

1. Start out going NORTH on PENA BLVD.
2. Go STRAIGHT toward TERMINAL EAST.
3. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto PENA BLVD.
4. Merge onto I-70 W via the exit on the LEFT.
5. Take the CO-9 S exit, EXIT 203, toward FRISCO/BRECKENRIDGE.
6. Enter next roundabout and take 4th exit onto CO-9 S.
7. Keep LEFT at the fork to continue on CO-9 S.
8. Enter next roundabout and take 1st exit onto N MAIN ST.
9. End at 100 S MAIN ST on the LEFT.
