hotel is located 1 mile along the A682 on the left hand side.
From M6 South
Leave M6 at J21a /Signposted Leeds Manchester/ joining the M62.
Follow M62 and leave at J12 joining the M60 /ringroad N/.
Leave the M60 at J18 and join the M66 /signposted Bury Burnley/.
At the end of the motorway branch left and join the A56
/signposted burnley/. At roundabout follow signs for M65.
Leave M65 at J12 then follow signs for A682 signposted
