No matter what time of year, Steamboat offers friendly smiles, fine service, picturesque scenery and all the best for the perfect vacation. The resort features barbecue and picnic areas, basketball courts, a fitness center, an indoor and outdoor pool, movie rentals and a sauna. This resort has no elevators or ground floor units. A minimum of 8-10 stairs must be climbed to reach any unit. USD 50.00 refundable deposit required at check-in. Credit card only. USD 250.00 fine for smoking in the units and USD 350.00 fine for pets in the units. Housekeeping service schedule is upon departure only. Check in is 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out is 11am. Please check in at the front desk. Occupancy limits will be strictly enforced. Limit applies to all ages including infants. Office hours are from 8am to 8pm. If you check-in after hours, please follow instructions posted at the check-in office.
