Double room CLASSIC with balcony
Our 27 rooms of type CLASSIC size 23 m can be used both as a double room and as a triple bedded room pull out sofa bed. All rooms were newly renovated in 2010 and have a balcony and the bedrooms on the upper floors have a wonderful direct view of the Schmittenhoehe. Furthermore there is a bathroom and toilet free Wi-Fi hairdryer telephone soundproofed windows and a cable flat-screen TV in the room. If requested the beds can be separated.
Double or Single room ECONOMY
Our 16 rooms of type ECONOMY size 15 m can be used as both a double and a single room. In the room there is a French bed 140 x 200 cm. The bathrooms are all newly renovated bath with shower screen plus toilet free Wi-Fi hair dryer telephone and cable flat screen TV in HD quality.
Holiday apartment for 4 Persons
Our apartments are furnished for 2 to 4 persons. The apartments are 42 m large and equipped with a living / bedroom another bedroom a balcony a kitchenette bathroom with bathtub and shower screen WC hairdryer cable-FLAT-TV and telephone. At departure a final cleaning fee of euro 4000 applies. You can book breakfast euro 700 per person and day or dinner euro 1500 per person and day additionally.

Coming from Vienna star West motorway - Salzburg - Bad Reichenhall - Lofer - Zell am See OR star West Highway / Tauern motorway exit Pongau - Bischofshofen - Schwarzach - Zell am See Coming from Innsbruck star Motorway exit Woergl Ost - St. Johann / Tirol - Leogang - Saalfelden - Zell am See Coming from Lienz East Tyrol Felbertauernstrasse to Mittersill - Turn to the direction of Zell am See If arriving by train to Zell am See we gladly refer to the online timetable service of the OeBB Deutschen Bahn or SBB. The Zell am See railway station is approx. a 10 minute walk from the Hotel Gruener Baum. If you bring too much luggage public taxis directly outside the station await you for the short drive to our hotel. With the airplane it is best of fly to Salzburg 90 km or to Munich 230 km. We are happy to help you with any transfer arrangements.
