CLASSIC ROOMS DESCRIPTIONS-
Classic Rooms /2nd Floor - 8th Floor/ - Approx. 255 sq.
ft D2A and K1A -Classic Rooms - Each spacious guest
room offers a step out Juliet balcony/glass sliding door/
refrigerator/ marble bathroom/ hairdryer/ iron and
ironing board plus in room safe. Other amenities
included are On Demand television/ user friendly
thermostats/ and in room coffee makers. High Speed
Wireless internet is also available in every room
for USD11.00USD inclusive per day/ or USD27.00USD
inclusive for a three day code. Classic guest rooms
with the two full size beds /D2A/ can not accommodate
a rollaway bed. Classic rooms come in both
smoking and non smoking.
DELUXE ROOM DESCRIPTIONS-
Deluxe Rooms /9th Floor - 19th Floor/ - Approx. 255 sq. ft
K1AW and D2AW - Deluxe King Space Needle or City
View - These rooms are guaranteed on a higher floor
with a view of the Space Needle or City side of the
hotel. Each spacious guest room offers a step out
Juliet balcony/ glass sliding door/ mini bar/ marble
bathroom/ hairdryer/ iron and ironing board plus
in room safe. Other amenities included are On
Demand television/ user friendly thermostats/ and in
room coffee makers. High Speed Wireless internet is

Suite Descriptions - Suite Rooms /19th Floor/ K1S - Luxury
Suite - The hotel has a total of four non-smoking Luxury
Suites.
All suite reservations are guaranteed if inventory is
available/ and are assigned within 24 hours of booking.
Reservations for a particular suite are based on
availability only/ and are not guaranteed. If a guest would
like a particular suite/ then it is recommended they check
with In House Reservations during normal business hours to
see which suite is available.
Descriptions of the suites are as follows-
Queen Anne /1907/ - 1/077 sq. ft The Queen Anne Suite
features a living room with dining area/ master bedroom with
two bathrooms. The Master bath features a whirlpool tub and
skylight. With floor-to-ceiling views of the Space Needle/
Seattle Center/ Queen Anne hill/ and water views of Lake
Union and Puget Sound. It is the perfect room for small
business meetings or intimate dinners for up to 30 people.
Queen Elizabeth /1908/ - 1/077 sq.ft The Queen Elizabeth
Suite features a living room with dining area/ master
bedroom with two bathrooms. The Master bath features a
whirlpool tub and skylight. With floor-to-ceiling views of
magnificent downtown Seattle/ it s the perfect room for
small business meetings or intimate dinner for 30 people.
Queen Victoria /1902/ - 1/200 sq.ft The Queen Victoria Suite
features a living room/ master bedroom with two bathrooms.
The Master bath features a whirlpool tub and a magnificent
view downtown Seattle.
Warwickshire /1913/ - 710 sq. ft. The Warwickshire Suite
features a living room/ master bedroom and single bath. The
Master bath features a whirlpool tub and skylight.

Handicap-accessible Rooms Warwick Seattle Hotel
has 12 rooms designed for disabled guests. Each room
features one king bed and the regular amenities as
described above/ with a refrigerator or mini bar/
and there is no wet bar. The bathroom features bars
around the toilet and inside the bathtub/ and three of
these rooms feature a roll-in shower /one of these
rooms is on a smoking floor/. Due to space limitations/
it is not possible to put a roll-away bed inside this room.
It can/ however/ interconnect with another king-bedded
room. Shower chair and TDD equipment for hearing and
vision impaired /lights for phone and doorbell/ is
available upon request. Hotel is ADA approved with
some limited mobility around public areas. The
hotel does not allow pets with the exception of service
animals.

Warwick Seattle Hotel offers 2000 square feet of overall meeting space divided into a variety of rooms. The Cambridge Room (800 sq. ft) on the 2nd floor is ideal for all types of meeting and can accommodate up to 50 people classroom style, 38 conference style, 72 banquet style, 80 reception style and 80 theatre style. The Windsor Room (255 sq. ft) is ideal for a breakout room and can accommodate up to 12 people classroom style, 12 conference style, 16 banquetstyle and 20 theatre style. Our Executive Boardroom (255 sq. ft) on the 18th floor of the hotel features a magnificent view of Seattle s skyline and is favored by executives for a formal meeting that seats 14 people. The Queen Anne Suite (390 sq. ft), with its sweeping view of the Space Needle, and the Queen Elizabeth Suite (390 sq. ft), overlooking the bright lights of downtown Seattle, are the perfect rooms for dinners of up to 30 respectively, intimate gatherings, business retreats or team-building sessions. Food and beverage are catered by Brasserie Margaux. Theme decorations, ice carvings, music, audio-visual aids, floral arrangements or off-premises catering is available upon request.

We are proud to introduce our Petite Margaux dinner special offering a nightly prix fixe menu price of USD18.00 or USD22.00.
In addition, the Brasserie Margaux Restaurant has just welcomed the arrival of a Prime Rib Tableside Carving Trolley from Brussels, Belgium. Our Executive Chef, Michael White, along with his culinary team, offer the freshest, choice ingredients of the season to create a unique dining experience at your table and are the only restaurateurs in downtown Seattle to offer tableside carving. The Margaux Lounge opens daily at 11 30 am, with a full-service bar and simplified bar menu that includes favourites such as burgers, salads, chowder and appetisers. Happy Hour specials are available between 4 00 pm and 7 00 pm with a delicious tapas menu.
