Akatsuki is an idyllic five suite property on the island of Koh Samui, a Thai paradise surrounded by gorgeous coral reef. Akatsuki is a Japanese word which means dawn. Meals are prepared by the specialist chef to your own personal taste, so just speak to the kitchen staff about any dish you desire. Fresh seafood and local vegetables are used lavishly to create meals sure to satisfy. Akatsuki is designed as a home from home, so feel free to eat any of your meals while relaxing on the terrace near the ocean, in the dining pavilion, or even in the living pavilion, just as you would at home. To help guests relax even further, each is provided with a yukata, a form of Japanese kimono worn during times of relaxation.
