Apartments in a typical Tuscan building on the edge of a small town situated in the Mugello hills that from the Sieve valley rise towards the Apennines. The apartments have been renovated and articulated in a way that each one of them has a small garden or equipped outdoor area. In a larger lawn you will find the swimming pool (6x12) and the barbecue which are shared among the guests, as is the laundry facilities (washing machine). Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Cleaning fee of euro 15 and deposit of euro 300 required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available.
