Hotel Hirsch

The Hirsch Hotel and Brewery is at the heart of Ottobeuren - located directly on the historic market square. The entire site dates back to the imperial court of the Franconian emperors of the 13th century. Beer has been brewed here for over 200 years - strictly according to the German Purity Act - Reinheitsgebot - of 1516 and Bavarian craftsmanship. Following a complete and loving renovation - the hotel reopened in 2010 under the new management of the Hafenrichter family.
