Los Poblanos Inn

Set among 25 acres of lavender fields and lush formal gardens, Los Poblanos Inn is one the most prestigious historic properties in the Southwest. It was designed by the regions foremost architect, John Gaw Meem, the Father of Santa Fe Style, and is listed on both the New Mexico and National Registers of Historic Places. Guest rooms are in a classic New Mexican style with kiva fire places, carved ceiling beams, hardwood floors, and antique New Mexican furnishings. Guests can relax around the Spanish hacienda-style courtyard or spend hours exploring the propertys extensive gardens and organic farm. The buildings feature significant artwork commissioned during the WPA period by some of New Mexicos most prominent artists, including a fresco by Peter Hurd and carvings by Gustave Baumann. Detailed tours highlighting the propertys cultural, political, agricultural and architectural history are available to every guest. Check-in is at 3 00 PM.
