Fallingwater Located on the first floor with views overlooking Ballarat's skyline. Open daily for buffet breakfast from 6.30 am - 9.30 am (Mon - Fri) and from 8.00 am -10.30 am during weekends, school and public holidays, and for dinner from 6.00 pm till late.
