Our location is considered one of the premier locations in Steamboat. We are loacated in Main Town directly across from the Hot Springs Pool and next door to Yampa River Park. We are within walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The bus service is free and stops at our driveway every 20 minutes. We are approx. 2 miles from the ski area. The rooms with queen bed or 2 double beds are located on the ground level of the main building and are 225 square feet in size. The amenities include: refrigerators, coffee makers, hair dryers, dataport phones and remote control TV on extended service cable. Our luxury rooms have 2 queen beds, or a king bed and a sofa bed, or 2 queens and 2 twins. These rooms are 432 square feet in size and are very comparable to or even better than a suite. The amenities are the same as above but also include a microwave, iron and board. These rooms also feature a private balcony overlooking the Yampa River with park and valley views. All of our units are equipped with a microwave and are air conditioned for the summer traveler. We include a daily deluxe continental breakfast year round for our guests. We are rated excellent with Steamboat Central Reservations and 3 Diamonds by AAA. Located directly across from Seamboat Hot Springs Pool and next to Yampa River Park. Just 2 miles from Ski Area.
