This beautiful farmhouse has been divided into two holiday apartments, tastefully restored to retain the rustic appeal of the enchanting, distinctive Tuscan architecture. From both inside the apartments and outside in the garden, guests encounter wonderful views of the vineyards, olive groves and cypress trees that adorn the countryside. Among the shared amenities the property offers are a lovely garden and a swimming pool, and a pay-per-use washing machine. Each apartment has its own, reserved outdoor area. There is on-site parking and the apartments are centrally-heated. The nearby town of Montespertoli is renowned for its wine exhibitions, where the best producers of Chianti wine meet every year to display and serve their best wines. The property owners are also local wine makers, and visitors are invited to explore their nearby wine cellar for wine tastings or to purchase their wines and locally-produced extra virgin olive oil. A cleaning fee of euro 10 and a deposit of euro 300 required are at check-in, to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available. Chianti is world-famous for both its scenery and for the namesake grapes that thrive there. The hills are absolutely enchanting, covered in vineyards and oak, chestnut and holm-oak tree groves. The countryside, dotted with farmhouses, is an exclusive tourist destination with vibrant appeal.
