The glorious Regency dining room was decorated in 1810 by the Crace Brothers who had recently completed the Prince Regents spectacular Brighton Pavilion. For a less formal but stylish dining experience guests can enjoy The Priory Oyster Bar and Grill, which specialises in seafood. Teak floors and tables extend out through French doors onto the terrace. Surrounded by a glass screen, guests have panoramic views of the orchard, grounds and woods to the sea.
