Recently renovated, the unit offers comfort, modern amenities and pleasant, spacious rooms. Parking is available on the street or in public car parks. Outside Lucca, the beaches of Versilia and the wonders of Florence are only a short drive away. A cleaning fee of euro 25 and a deposit of euro 250 are required at check-in to be paid in cash only. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are based upon usage and paid at the time of check-out. No after hours check-in is available.
