The Telluride Portfolio offers a variety of 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums in the Town of Telluride and Mountain Village core with full kitchens and other on-site amenities. All condos within the Town of Telluride are within walking distance to the many downtown shops and restaurants, the free gondola, Town Park and ski lifts. Condos in Mountain Village are within walking distance to the ski lifts and the free gondola, which connects Mountain Village to the Town of Telluride. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Front desk hours are 8am-6pm. The 20.4 tax is made up of a 12.4 percent city tax and an 8 percent reservation processing fee. Housekeeping service schedule is upon departure only. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Early check-in may be arranged if your lodging is fully cleaned and prepared for your occupancy. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. If you arrive after the office has closed for the day, you will find a key packet with your name on it inside the lock box located outside the front door.
