This complex is approximately 5 ? 7 blocks from Main Street. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin ski resorts are all nearby and a free shuttle bus will get you to the slopes without any parking hassles. Relax after a day of skiing by the cozy fire, and enjoy beautiful mountain views right off your extra large deck. An indoor pool and hot tub plus 3 large outdoor hot tubs are a quick walk from your front door. In the warmer months, Mountain Side also has a tennis court and is a short walk to a fabulous playground and field at the nearby school. Please note the following cleaning fees- 1 bedroom- USD 40.00 1 plus loft and 2 bedroom- USD 55.00 2 plus loft and 3 bedroom- USD 65.00 Check-in is at 4 pm. Please check-in at 1121 Dillon Dam Road. Office is open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Check-out is at 10 am. After Hours- Your packet will be in the lockbox by the front door of the Mountain Managers office. You will receive a combination for the late check in box on your check-in letter.
