Dream Downtown

Built as the new model for Dream hotels to come, Dream Downtown takes its place as a new social hive for the neighborhood. The reinvention of this modern landmark building, designed by Albert Ledner in the late 1960s, is meant to appeal to NYC natives and travelers alike. Dream Downtown features two distinctive restaurants, four lounges, a glass bottom pool on the rooftop directly over the hotel's lobby bar, a very well equipped 24-hour fitness center, 6,000 plus square feet of exhibition space and loft-inspired guest rooms that feel anything but typical. A destination in the Meat packing District for design, architecture, art, fashion, luxury boutiques, restaurants and night life for you to explore. Many of the rooms on the north-facing side of the complex feature jaw-dropping views of the mid town skyline crowned by the Empire State Building. If you're scene is more about people watching, choose a pool-facing view with a Juliet balcony or if you prefer watching the world go by from your balcony, request one of our suites on the south side of the complex. Pets or animals allowed - Dogs under 25 pounds are accepted on property with a 150USD non-refundable deposit.
