La Viva Hotel and SPA is located 40 km North-west from downtown of St. Petersburg in the resort area within walking distance from the Gulf of Finland. La Viva Hotel and SPA hotel was created as a new project with the unique combination of charming antiquity and modern comfort. Two buildings with different architecture create a harmonious union on a huge picturesque territory. The hotel was restored as the former sanatorium named after Maxim Gorky in the style of classicism and represents now the hotel with the high-class service. The hotel offers 66 rooms of different types created in different architectural forms and unique design. The SPA complex is built in the style of neoconstructivism adjusted for the modern demands of the guests in respect of space-comfort-technology and design. Guests can enjoy the huge variety of SPA-treatments and genuine care of health and inner harmony. Besides- the hotel offers a wide range of services and entertainment opportunities. The 2 restaurants serve exquisite dishes of European cuisine. Palazzo restaurant is open for breakfasts and Diva restaurant offers a la carte menu. Both restaurants can be used for banquets-buffets and other events. Two conference halls are fully equipped for conferences-meetings-training etc. The night disco bar Shokolad-Chocolate- is a perfect place for relaxation with friends where guests can watch sport events- play billiard and enjoy cocktails or sushi. The summer terrace on the roof of the SPA complex is a fantastic spot to enjoy picturesque views and delicious food.
