Depart the airport heading southeast. Take the ramp to Hwy 427 S. Follow until taking the exit for Hwy 401 W -towards London. Merge onto Hwy 401 West. Follow until exit -282 Hespeler Road Highway 24 South. Turn left at the end of the ramp crossing over the 401. Cambridge Hotel and Conference Center is on the right hand side before the first set of lights.
