Travel along N7 through towns Kildare, Monasterevin, Portlaoise Dual Carriageway, Mountrath, Roscrea, by-passing Nenagh Town Centre. Travel along N7 for 20 miles approximately passing through Birdhill village. Castleconnell village is 8 miles just off the N7 from Birdhill. Take right turn from N7 signposted Castleconnell, approx 1.5km from N7. Castle Oaks House Hotel is located in village with large limestone gates and good signage to indicate property. Depart Shannon Airport on N19 and follow signposting for N18 Limerick City. Travel along N18 towards Limerick City bypassing Bunratty Castle & Folk Park(worth a stop if time allows). Travel towards Limerick City and follow signposting for N7 Dublin that will take you around the city, avoiding the main city traffic. Continue to travel along following signposting for N7 Dublin - this may take 10-15 minutes depending upon traffic. Continue to follow signposting for N7 Dublin by-passing University of Limerick, Annacotty Village. Travel along N7 for another 6 miles and Castleconnell Village is 10 km from Limerick City signposted as a left hand turn.
