Splash is a beach front resort that offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos. Amenities include- 2 lagoon pools, hot tub, a water jungle gym, splash pad, water toys, lazy river ride, dive-in Movie Theater, arcade, mini bowling alley, fitness center, full kitchen, furnished balcony, washer and dryer. Located on the resort is a beachside snack bar and grill, Alvins Island department store and the Market Cafe and Deli. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Front desk is open 24 hours. Sterling Spring Break Policy - Age requirement is 25 years of age. IDs will be checked at the time of check in and will be strictly enforced. If we find that guest are not 25 years old then they will forfeit their reservation and no money will be refunded. Please call 1-866-573-7678 for Spring Break Security Deposit information.
