A 19th-century mansion, now totally renovated, houses the Hotel Milano Scala, where both the name and the concept focus on music, the point of strength and the distinctive mark of Milan. The sophisticated boutique hotel featuring 62 rooms distributed in a seven-storey building, has 23 rooms viewing on Via dell Orso, while the others face the inner courtyard and preserve the style and the charm of the old Milan terraced houses. A sensory experience made of photos and music welcome the guest in a soft and elegant atmosphere throughout the Hotel up to the 8th floor where the sky terrace bar waits the guest to enjoy a cocktail and a spectacular view over the city. Three different and complementary intuitions gave birth to this project: create a hotel able to establish a dialogue with the Guest by using the universal language of music; make the hotel a place to meet other people, but also a proper stage for events and a pleasant break in the frantic city life; have the hotel produce the necessary energy for heating and cooling without using any fuel, thus avoiding the release of emissions in the atmosphere and preserving the environment. This means offering True carbon neutral hospitality.
