The Potters HeronпїЅs 6 conference and banqueting suites lend themselves to both the corporate and private guests. Be it a residential meeting for 120 or an intimate family celebration in a private room The Potters Heron can cater for all. All suites have natural daylight and views of the garden or surrounding area, however they can be effectively blacked out of presentations. The suites are light and airy and can accommodate a number of different seating styles be it cabaret, boardroom, u-shape or even a hollow square. The smaller suites such as the Romsey and Broadlands Suites are ideal for smaller meetings, syndicate rooms or workshops. Should you be hosting a dinner dance, both the Ampfield and Coppice Suites have their own private bars and room for a dance floor and entertainment into the night. For something a little smaller the Hursley or Braishfield Suite provide comfort and seclusion for up to 20 guests, perfect for business dinners and celebrations. The Potters Heron also has a civil ceremony licence and can cater for wedding ceremonies and receptions from 20 to 120.

The Potters Heron offers a range of dining experiences. Our bright and welcoming Garden Restaurant kicks off your stay with a satisfying Full English Breakfast and is also used for our conference lunches and for private hire. Our Potters Bar and Restaurant has recently been refurbished using natural products including beech wood, slate and leather to give guests a contemporary and relaxed dining and drinking environment. The Potters Bar is ideal for early morning coffee with delicious danish pastry and a leaf through the mornings paper. For lunch or dinner in the restaurant you will find the menus are an authentic mix of traditional and contemporary dishes from around the world
