These gulf front complexes are comprised of three buildings located on 450 feet of sugar white beaches and emerald green waters. The Inn at Summerwind- Summerwind West and Summerwind Condominiums. Each building offers complimentary high speed internet- large balconies that overlook the Gulf of Mexico and free video rental. Property amenities include lush tropical landscaping- outside showers- Gulf-side pools with large decks and Gulf view exercise rooms. Additionally- guests receive complimentary beach service- two beach chairs and one umbrella- during the months of March through October. Each condominium has a fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher- stove- microwave and coffee maker - full size washer and dryers- separate bedroom and living areas and private bathroom Other information- additional facility and Reservation Fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellation. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property for the entire term of the reservation.
